Mix Quick Fix

A Sydney commercial laundry servicing business — laundromats, hotels, gyms, aged-care, hospitality — with a household appliance repair line. The brief was a site that does both: commercial servicing on the headline, household repair as a clearly separate path, one-tap call from anywhere, and quote requests landing straight in the inbox.

The brief

Where it was, what it needed.

Where it was

What it needed

No site at all, or one that buries the phone number
Phone number one-tap-callable above the fold on every page
Customers calling at peak emergency hours and dropping off
Site loads instantly on a phone over 4G, so they don't bounce
Invisible for 'washing machine repair [suburb]' searches
LocalBusiness + Service JSON-LD schema; per-suburb content surface
Quote requests scattered across email, SMS, voicemail
Single quote form, validated, straight to Michael's inbox
Two audiences with very different needs — and no clear path for either
Commercial laundry on the homepage; household repair as a clearly separate path

What we built

A site shaped for a phone, a suburb, and an emergency.

  • 01Lean homepage that handles both audiences at once — commercial buyers vetting a service partner, and household customers tapping for an urgent repair — without diluting either path
  • 02Click-to-call as the primary CTA — a tel: link, large hit area, above the fold on mobile, reachable from every page
  • 03One page per primary service (washing machine repair, dryer repair, dryer ducting, commercial laundry), each independently rankable for '[service] Sydney'
  • 04Service-area page listing every suburb covered, driving both copy and structured data from a single source
  • 05LocalBusiness + Service JSON-LD on the relevant pages so Google understands the business and area
  • 06Static-first rendering — every page pre-rendered, no client-side data fetch on the critical path
  • 07Mobile-first design tested against the real conditions: mid-range Android over 4G, one-handed
  • 08Hosted on Vercel — same class of platform Smart Labs uses everywhere

Proof

Built to win the call.

Loads before they bounce to the next tradie.

Under two seconds on a 4G phone. So they don't tap back to the search results before they reach your number.

Top of Google when they type your trade and your suburb.

Suburb-level local SEO done properly — proper structured data, per-suburb pages. Real Sydney service, not a generic listing.

LocalBusiness + Service structured data

Tap the number. They're talking to you, not your competitor.

A real call link, above the fold, on every page. No menu. No form. No waiting. One tap, you're on the line.

tel: link, every page

Outcomes — 90 days in

Numbers when they're real, not before.

We commit numbers to print only after the data is real — form submissions, call volume, and local rank for Sydney suburb queries.

In their words

Smart Labs built the website for Mix Quick Fix and I'm really happy with how it turned out. Super helpful throughout, easy to talk to, and he explained everything without the tech jargon. Made the whole thing painless. Would definitely recommend.
